Ms. Alpa Raval is the founder and practitioner of Mobi Yogi, established with the intent to disseminate her knowledge and personal journey through practices that have facilitated her own healing and transformation. Her mission encompasses fostering greater self-awareness across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.
Deeply appreciative of her instructors, mentors, colleagues, and apprentices throughout the years, Alpa is committed to imparting the teachings of yoga, meditation, and bodywork to her clients. She emphasizes personal development, facilitating change, and cultivating a community of like-minded individuals.
With experience teaching yoga since 2015, Alpa employs a strong, supportive, and safe teaching style that harmonizes movement, alignment, breath, and stillness. This combination creates a mindful and balanced flow practice reflective of her holistic approach as a leader and educator.
Alpa's expertise extends to wellness coaching, yoga advocacy, public speaking, and stress management. She holds a Master’s Degree in Yoga Healing Arts and Meditation and has served as a yoga tutor at UFC. Additionally, she has facilitated numerous workshops aimed at educating caregivers and medical professionals in yoga practices.
Currently, Alpa is a Healing Arts Specialist within the Integrative Medicine Department at UF Cancer Center at Orlando Health. Furthermore, she actively participates in her community as a board member of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce in Central Florida.
